Cali used to do the news. She wanted to run stories that were happy, but her male producer was like "Nah that doesnt get ratings." She started working at HSN an her first time there she was selling these pjs. A woman named Juanita called her and told her that she bout them. Cali asked what color was her fave. Juanita responded that she was blind but she bought them because of Cali's rich description of the product, and that they made her feel pretty everytime she goes to bed. That made Cali know she made the right choice to come to HSN (which she had been doubting) and changed her life. Nicki was left speechless, and moved, and so was I and so was Flare.
