idk about twitter but i read some forum that it got inspired by a French film (especially that scene where Bey is glistening with oil and glitters) and there were images of Baphomet (inverted star) all over those kaleidoscopic smokes and ****

I love the 1+1 video more than I love the song. Its so artistic and bring the song to life. I love the last minute when there's countless special effects.

A VERY reliable source on the Beyhive (they hinted about the surprise release and Apple deal among other things) said one of the reasons the album was delayed was because Beyoncé was negotiating a TV deal in her contract that her label was not budging on at first. Now, this year we are having all these HBO specials.

The negotiations was probably not specifically with HBO, but just the freedom for Beyoncé to display her music on whatever TV outlets she chooses while keeping a large portion of the money. She chose HBO it seems.

He didn't give much details, and we don't know what last minute decisions were made after the deal was being negotiated. While she was waiting, she could have decided to change things.

Also, her relationship with HBO was already there, but she probably wanted more money.

As stated, I am just referencing the TV deal that the Beyhive source referenced. He simply said what I said. He didn't give much details. He never does. Lol.

For example, he said Beyoncé had secured a deal that was bigger than the Samsung/Jayz deal (that's all he said), and then she dropped BEYONCÉ exclusive on iTunes, hence an Apple deal. He also said that NO ONE was going to know when her album was going to drop but her and JAY Z, not even her label. We were all confused when he said that, but look what happened. Lol

He has been a staple on the board since B'Day and has been correct 99% of the time.
