So now that MIAMTEC has had time to marinate in my mind, here is my track by track review by the Most Misunderstood Lamb himself.
Cry 10/10 This is one of the most confessional songs by Mariah in years, not only is it impressive lyrically but the high pitched refrain throughout the song mixed with her standout vocals during the verses is a fresh mix. Also the song itself retains some mystery, just who is she singing about, Tommy? The answer remains elusive

Faded 8/10
At first I found myself skipping this song but after more listens Faded is one of the best songs on the album. Its a great example of what Mariah has been doing all of her career, writing and singing WITH the production of a song. Many artists' get lost in the beat of a song but in this case Mariah rides the beat perfectly. Points off because it can get a bit repetitive. ALWAYS SOMEWHERE BUT U NOT THERE FO ME is also one of the highlights of the entire album.
Dedicated 6/10
Although pleasing to the ear, Dedicated is a bit of a snoozefest. Mariah's vocals are sweet and soft, but thats nothing we have not already heard before. Nas is also not impressive in the least. This song is surely skippable, I find myself listening to the intro and then swiftly moving on to the next. Literally, the best part of this song is Jermaine saying nonsense and that is a red flag.
#Beautiful 9/10
Great guitar riff, catchy, and the song certainly lives up to its name. It is almost flawless and one of her best lead singles. Only flaw is that it could use more Mimi and less Miguel.
Thirsty 8/10
Although Mariah blends in with the production perfectly on Faded, she gets lost here. This is not surprising, Thirsty's hypnotic beat would have anybody's vocals drowned out, the best comparison is Jay and Kanye's NIP and they are definitely drowned out by the production. Despite this Mariah's clever lyrics, the flawless bridge, and the perfect outro makes Thirsty a welcome song on the album.
Make It Look Good 7/10
There isn't much to say about this track, its okay. Her vocals are great and I appreciate Stevies harmonica and the lyricism but I don't find myself coming back to it very often.
YME 10/10
This song is certainly a grower but it has gorgeous production brought to us by Darkchild, amazing lyrics from Mariah, and soaring vocals that come to an amazing climax. This is old school Mariah with a current twist done perfectly. The song's production has so many hidden elements its fun to listen to the background vocals and harmonies and discover new parts of the track. Mariah's vocals also heighten its remix potential. Overall the song is quite amazing but its subtlety explains why it did not perform well as a single.
YDKWTD 6/10
Although a fan favorite I am not here for it. The disco beat is overkill and has been done a million times, Wale's rapping is unimpressive, and those lyrics are some of the albums worst. "You love me more than you love sunny summer days" Sure Mariah I do and because I love you I'll tell you that this song is very underwhelming. If you wanna do uptempo do throwback house like on Music Box.
Supernatural 7/10
Okay track, highlight is Dem Babies and the key change. Lyrics are a bit corny but i personally like them.
Meteorite 8/10
I love the intro. This is a different sound for Mariah and it fits her well. YOU GOT ME TURNT UP ALL THE WAY

It's one of my favorite moments of the album. The lyrics are a bit corny though.
Camouflage 8/10
A gorgeous ballad where Mariah pours her heart out. Another very confessional song with great vocals. The beat is very soft and can be a bit too subtle and that is why it is an 8/10 not a 10/10.
Money 10/10
Best song on the album hands down. Her vocals here are some of the albums most gorgeous, not her best technically but personally i love them. Also the rhyming game is ON POINT. She has big vocals, playful lyrics, rhyme game, and great chemistry with Fabulous. Fabulous' appearance is the 2nd best feature on this album right after Miguel. This song DEFINES Mariah and all of her many talents. AMAZING.

One More Try 9/10
Amazing cover. Great vocals and the touching moment of the outro gives it a very personal touch. There isnt much to say about the track because it really does speak for itself.
Heavenly 4/10
The album should have ended with OMT. This song is a mess from start to finish. Despite it having one of the best lyrics of this album "and i dont believe he brought me this far to leave me" it has too many negative aspects
-The screaming intro

-The vocal "climax" at the end where she really sounds like Courage The Cowardly Dog.

-The No Ways Tired ending

This song is wasted potential it could have been great but it was over saturated by bad ideas. Thank God himself that her other gospel songs didn't fall prey to these "ideas".
Great album, I really do love it. Know you lambs do too LYM
