Lol do you realize what MJ level means?
To answer the OP, Beyoncé certainly isn't there yet. And Britney sure as hell isn't either.

Britney's peak was only 5 years. Sorry. She started massive but neither had the talent nor the longevity to ever be placed near MJ or Madonna.

I feel like people want Beyonce to have her Thriller and her Immaculate Collection... Its a very reductive insight on MJ/Madonna legacy.

In terms of comparing her to them no she isn't there and probably never will but if we are comparing how those 2 were for their generation to how she is for this 1 I would say yes her impact to this generation is somewhat similar. I think what hurts Beyoncé is that she doesn't really have competition, Michael and Madonna had Prince, Whitney, Mariah, Elvis, Celine, Janet and a few others, while Bey doesn't really have anyone from her generation to compete with, Britney wasn't mentally strong enough to handle the fame and her label broke her spirit and will to perform by blocking her from making music she wanted to make, Usher let the pressure of topping Confessions get to him thus he became a trend hopper instead of taking the Michael route and just make better videos and bigger tours and overall become a better performer, Xtina rested on her laurels and didn't improve on her craft (vocals/performing)and her attitude turned people off, Brandy had her hands in too many pots and burned herself out, Aaliyah tragically passed before she could really take it to that level, Justin doesn't have the IT factor.
S/N: I hate what the media and industry has done to Janets legacy for some of yall to think she had little to no impact.

MJ and Madonna have had high peaks and consistency. When MJ was at his peak, he was on top. when Madonna was at her peak,'she was on top. When Bey was at her peak, there were other artists who outranked her. I'll give her consistency tho.

She has minimal impact. What makes Madonna and MJ so special is that since their debut, no male/female has surpassed them. Since Beyonce's debut, Britney has surpassed her. Since her solo debut, Rihanna and Adele have surpassed her. I think she can still make some more strides and she'll definitely go down as a legend, but to even think she's near Madonna's or MJ's level is foolish and disrespectful to MJ and Madge.

Well it's evident her impact is still being felt throughout the music industry. From artists covering/sampling her songs, paying homage to her iconic looks, etc.

More like @ Diana Ross level.
People actually listened, knew, and care for MJ's and Madonna's music. Image, fashion, and business are Beyonce's stand out trademarks among her contemporary pop stars.

LOL at people saying Britney ONLY peaked for six years as if it's something unimpressive. Lets not act like Beyonce has peaked for her entire career. Britney peaked from 1999-2004 and again during her Circus era. Let's stop pretending that the records she's broken through 2007-2011 are something to ignore.

She could be at Madonna's level, but she could never reach what MJ did or was in 1983.
