The fact that the account was created almost a year ago, and just now they decided to start trolling indicates that it is somebody's dupe. But if they're behind a proxy the mods probably won't be able to figure out whose clone it is
A lot of these accounts seem to be created and then kept on hibernation so that they can be revived just to create silly threads. It circumvents the restriction that's imposed on brand new members, who can't create new topics for at least a month or something like that. Maybe people shouldn't be allowed to start new threads until they have a minimum number of posts.
