And Britney had her second #1 in 2008, anything is possible. 
I think the only one who can actually be ruled out is Madonna, simply because of the ageism within radio and the GP.

Bey went #2 with Drunk In Love... she may not get a #1 with this album... but there's always the next one... still, out of the bunch, she's the only one who clealy doesn't need them anyway
I would be worried for those who tried and couldn't get anywhere near the top 10 (solo):
