In terms of when he releases his next single, he shouldn't do it quite yet, since he currently has lots of songs climbing the charts:
Pop: Na Na - #27 with a bullet of 178
Rhythmic: Foreign - #33 with a bullet of 140
Urban: SmartPhones - #18 with a bullet of 111
Urban AC: What's Best For You - #14 with a bullet of 156
So 4 songs climbing on 4 different formats and they've all got bullets of over 100 which means they're climbing at a decent rate. He should wait until all these have peaked (probably take a month or so?), and then release his next single to all formats.
Also, Touchin Lovin has already dropped out the top 100 on US iTunes. Obviously it'll return later though.
