My thing is that they are not going to have a lot of time to promote the single because they are going to wait too late to release it. Of course, IF (and she should) releases it next month, she only has next month and August to promote it because in September she goes to New York to film Younger, which is actually good because that's where most of the talk shows take place, so everything could work out well. But, I just want everything to work out and I worry about timing being the issue. Plus, she is still recording the album, I thought she would be done by now.
That's also true. This week just started and Tuesday still hasn't passed so for all we know it could be released this week. If she releases it in July, I think July and August would be sufficient timing to promote but I was also shocked when she released that new clip. The clip was fun and I liked it but I'm really surprised she is still recording. She needs a final track listing already.
They need to start a countdown tbh. This constant wait for a press release or announcement from her is exhausting. If they could just start a countdown via her official website, I think everyone would relax a bit.

Yeah, if they just had a countdown then fans would have a date to look forward to. But it sucks wondering every single day "Is today the day?" and then nothing happens. I agree though, shut down the website.
Sometimes I think we're getting something till next year but I have to keep my mouth shut so I don't freak everyone out. Or, what the hell is wrong with the label is it Epic? And that's why everything it's taking way too long?
