Bruno is a band artist and his show is about him and his band. Bey on the other hand is about her performance. It's like asking Ciara to have her drummers and pianist at the center of the stage with her.
Also Bibi should be the last one complaining seeing as Bey has given her her 15 minutes of fame in every single show she's done since Freakum Dress was recorded.
