Wasn't Sims 4 scrapped from being an online game to an offline one due to the backlash of SimCity? That's give or take less than 2 years of development of the game itself. They cut corners and it's clearly showing. Only two models for the life stages, hoards of promised features being taken back, and the base game lacking the definite features of the past bases.
5 years of the franchise ruined because of a rushed release.

I can only hope and pray that some features will be released via patching. They really need to save face atm and either announce that OR delay the game. Casual gamers are not going to be happy about some of this stuff missing.
I still use the game for it's CAS though.  But I'll have to give it a whirl before I dare buy it.

They literally have NO reason to take away CaSt, and NO reason to take away pools, and BARELY any reason to take away Toddlers. I honestly want to know what the **** is going on with them.
