Yes! Iggy needs to be featured, but the talking parts need to be replaced by the lower register talking parts that are hidden behind her talking vocals.... The ones that sound like DH "there's no going back". Lower her vocals, higher the lower register "dark horse" talking vocals in the bridge. Hopefully someone on here knows what I'm talking about?!?!?....

Add Iggy or another rapper. Maybe add more bass also..

One reason why they are releasing it is cause it could really appeal to a younger demographic (below 12 and 12-16) (true though)
As we all know WOA was the other biggest contender, but THIWD ultimately won and is getting released over it mainly since Katy had a contractual obligation in conjunction with a product endorsement... didn't specify for which though. If the info I've gotten previously is correct, then it's probably Chanel but we'll see.
