Actually, I love Madge! I apologize if that sounded like a reach but I was just curious as to why the discussion started with "Who's that Girl" Tour and not Virgin Tour since that was a smash

I can help answer this

I decided to sart with the WTG tour because the thread is all about stadiums. The virgin tour is primarily an arena tour.

TVT was of course sold out but I wanted to focus on the phenomenon of being able to play to stadiums

Oh, this is in Gothenburg, Sweden! She'd probably played Ullevi Stadium but it was closed for reparation due to damage caused by jumping fans during a Bruce Springsteen concert lol.
They had to hold this concert (and many others) at a temporary location at a dock area, where MJ performed 3 years earlier.
