what a stupid reason to sue someone, that'll never go anywhere in court
why do you care so much about posts on an internet forum? and it doesn't matter how morally acceptable the terms are, you agreed to them so they have no legal liability, and not reading them is your fault, not anybody else's. then again, i know none of you will actually do anything more than threaten to sue to make your complaining listened to; you would never actually put in any legal action
