No, it is NOT. It's a search engine focused on P2P sharing, which doesn't = to illegal file sharing. That's like saying Google is an illegal file sharing website just because you can use it to search for illegal download links.
IKR? The "z" at the end of that censored word in the quote hints at some warez site. Definitely not a legal place for people to purchase music (and for the artists and labels to get their dues). So it goes against the filesharing rules
