Well considering Beyonce let this era last 2 months and then acted like the album doesn't exist , and katy is still properly releasing singles i would hope so.

So, yes and by the current sales it would take less than 24 weeks (6 months), although since sales will decline for both of the albums, it will probably take longer. PRISM will most likely outsell Beyonce by next Spring.
Why are you surprised? Beyonce is supposed to be an album artist. If she can't sell singles or albums then what's left?
Her 220m+ grossing your she wrapped up this year & the tour she starts this month that is on track to become the 2nd most successful tour of all time. But that's nothing compared to selling singles

yeah, i agree with this. does beyonce need promo to sell well or doesnt she? everyone was saying just a couple months ago that she was above all that and in a different league and etc. and now there are countless hive posts talking about the lack of promo as a reason for its sales decline.
