I'd be alright if it's Yoona. If it's Taeyeon, I'd be alright as well. But I feel like I would be more concerned as to who would take over as leader and main vocalist. I can see Tiffany taking over both roles.

Not here for anything other than SNSD's current lineup. I don't think their local stanbase is either - it's either all or nothing. If a member leaves, I think they're probably going down.

@Blue I agree, if one member leaves, SM's more likely to disband the whole group/put them on permanent hiatus. Sones have already demonstrated that they won't support anything less than Girls' GenerIXon/a member switch. (At least without dividing the fandom.) I don't think anyone's actually trying to leave, though.

IA, if anyone (Taeyeon) were actually leaving, I don't see why she would've waited this long. If she's as unhappy as the SONEs say she could've left when their contracts were up.

Jessica is really popular in China, she got loads of attention when they performed Find Your Soul there. She also has a Weibo account so she's popular in China media.

Chinese sones have been writing letters to SM begging them to send Jessica & Krystal there.

Yuri leaving would have impact too. (At least in my head, it would.) She serves sex like Sunny (What with Sunny's smokey stares into the camera and her pouty duck lips.) and dances like Hyo. The best of both worlds.

What difference would it make? Yoona has hardly any lines, only the routines would be affected because they always put Yoona in the front. There's like 3 The Boys performances without Yoona and you can barely tell she's not there.

If Taeyeon leaves Jessica and Tiffany can take over the main vocal roles with Seohyun supporting them.

Yoona and Yuri would have least impact. Taeyeon and Jessica would have the most impact.

I mean Yoona is perceived as "the face" and forever "the center" to the GP so despite her lack of input toward their music/performace which I mean not many SNSD members seem to care anyways
