Kesha is a smart woman. She knows that if she waits until 2015 to release something she'll be in the same situation as she was between Animal/Cannibal and Warrior again. There will be music by the end of this year, whether it be singles or the full album, for sure. She already has some songs done, evidently.
She needs to make the most of her Rising Star appearance while it lasts and has any chance to positively impact her career.
