Mess at that video, obvious case of reading the headline and ignoring the story.
First of all DNA =/= Genes, and the headline was that we shared 99% of Genes. Genes make up a small percentage of overall DNA.
Secondly, we only share 99% of Genes if we make broad generalisations - We both have genes for Smelling, We both have genes for Sight, We both have genes for Tails (Human's Tail Genes are Inactive) etc. If we make Gene-for-Gene comparisons we only have about 80% in common with mice, and those genes in common range from 99% similar to 60% similar.
We're both mammals so it probably wasn't really that long ago that we shared a common ancestor with Mice anyway. The real way to disprove Evolution would be to say that we have 0% in common with any other animal on the planet.

Let's call a spade a spade, you're obviously religious and don't want to accept evolution, in spite of the overwhelming evidence in favor of it, and lack of evidence supporting any alternative. Let's stop couching it in this "I said there were flaws somewhere in this 15 page thread, but I won't take two seconds to repost them!" nonsense. If there were flaws you were confident in, you'd just repeat them once now that you have our attention; obviously there aren't, so you're just hiding in the comfort of hoping no one will go digging for every single one of your posts in this thread, while closing your eyes to every valid rebuttal being posted... And taking refuge in this "I'm so victimized and ganged up on, let me repeat it 268456561 times even though i said I wouldn't repeat myself!" in spite of the fact that people have been perfectly polite in this debate until now.
