Well, I'm trying to gift someone atrl+ so I contacted him 2 days ago and he told me to buy it and that immediately afterwards to tell him to transfer it over to the other user. I did that but he hasn't responded. Idk if its just because he's not super active or something tho. Are mods able to transfer atrl+ to other accounts or is that just admin?

It is readily apparent that almost every gif made from the DWUW snippet is untoward, and does not fit this site's guidelines/standards.
It is common sense that they would be deemed vulgar, regardless of its original context.
Therefore, any regular poster who used those gifs really should have known better. Really.

The moderating panel en masse came to the decision that the avatars would be deemed as vulgar, and so every warning that ensued will not be downgraded/reversed.
