It's like you put yourself in a position to rule over us but not do it correctly and we can't do anything about. I really appreciate what you guys do, but at some point it's time to look at yourselves and see why so many of the members here are upset by what's going on. I'm sure it could be worse, but if it does become worse, we could all leave and you guys would be left with nothing. It's a give and take relationship and you still haven't figured it out. And the wall between members and moderators is just ridiculous. You guys ride on your high horse together. I'd love for you guys to just communicate more. You guys act like youre the Mandate of Heaven. You forget your roots and that is what faults you.
I say this again, I DO appreciate everything you guys do. Hope no hard feelings.

The members are unsatisfied about the rules themselves; we warn how we're supposed to. We have higher ups who would demod us if we weren't doing the job they expected. Demanding we do things with an exasperated or other unpleasant tone is not the same as expecting us to do our jobs. I'd argue that while you're right, and it
is a two way street, the moderating team is not the only side that is at fault by any means. We deserve respect for the time we devote to this site, because it would not be here without regulation. We deserve respectful tone in dialogue. I personally try to communicate as much as I can, but if the overall communication is strained, don't you think that one factor in that might be that we don't any longer expect that the members will treat us with respect and dignity? Both sides have to work for it if either wants better circumstances, and pinning the blame on one side will not make anyone feel less angry, less disrespected, or less in the right. Everyone needs to realize it's a two sided process.
