Are we being judged off how good our vocals are? Because unlike the D, I don't think they'll be embraced.
You'll be judged if you can't make a clear melody out of your vocals or your instrument playing. You don't have to sing… just give us a melody to your hook…

I didn't submit it yet I'll just keep making different versions until one is actually good
And those vocals were all on the first take because I snuck the computer downstairs when I wasn't supposed to. I had to do the whole thing with a quickness.

I'll be honest, I've only recorded a verse, and prechorus and a chorus and I did it all in one take.

This week I took a look back at every comment from all three judges from each round and I wrote down what they said I needed to improve on or didn't show enough of.....and I wrote...and wrote...and wrote....and wrote.....
I now feel like I have something strong to bring to the competition. I'm ready this week.

Why all the links? I like looking back at the comments though. The 140 word challenge I love reading because I feel like it was my turning point in the competition. Even though I had already won a challenge that one proved it wasn't just one fluke and I proved some of the judges wrong.
And now I'm waiting for my mom to take my sister to swim practice because its literally the only 15 minutes every day I have to record

I have like one line missing from each part of the song so I can't record yet But I have half-days at work on Fridays, so I'm gonna go home and wrap it up. I worked on it last night from like 6-11 It's so time consuming when you're actually making a full song and not just submitting lyrics. My ad libs at the end are so good.
