Finished listening. Pretty disappointing. Unfortunately Jennifer's voice often gets drowned in the production. It also does not help that the production on all the tracks is VERY similar. Songs like A.K.A. featuring T.I. and Acting Like That feat Iggy Azalea do her no favors, their booming production is a wave Jennifer cannot ride. The features on the album are also very cut and paste, they add nothing to the songs; Pitbull's verse is the best and that is saying quite a bit.
Other than that, the best tracks are those which show off her voice quite beautifully. Never Satisfied, Emotions, and Let it Be Me are all great vocally but often the corny lyrics upstage all the good elements of the song. (I feel good because I dont feel bad...you playing games, now im taking names
). Certainly nothing special in her discography BUT there are a few interesting additions to her discography in this album and for an artist with such a long career, that is all we can hope for.
