Speaking of Sales, Tony's last album was 3 years ago and his numbers were:
US first week: 180.000
Overall US sales: 1.000.000+ (300k more than ARTPOP)
Canada: 80.000 (as much as ARTPOP)
Australia: 140.000 (2x platinum - 4x more than ARTPOP)
Now in 3 years the sales of CDs declined but I think the Monsters buying the record may make up for it so I think this is a good represenation of what we can expect.
Listening to the ARTPOP instrumentals and getting my life tbh. It's really not the sound of the album that ruined it, I've always said it's the lyrics that ruin it. The instrumentals are pure slayage

Lyrics is not a problem with ARTPOP tbh, it's just the matter of "I like it" and "I don't like it"
