Can someone help me? I've preordered the album and when I go to it, it says "purchased." But when I check it out, all it says is "complete my album" and gives me options to buy the whole album again. I've checked my purchased section on my iPhone but it isn't showing up.

Ok, then try what I did. I went to my account, then down to the settings section, clicked on manage my preorders, then back to my main account page and the downloads were waiting at the top.
