I love supernatural creatures and I hope there's some in the base game I mean there's a rocket also in TS4 so maybe that means there's aliens?
And yes. Honestly, it was a horrific and terrible decision to NOT have aliens in base Sims 3. If another base game has an item or gimmick, you should almost always have it in the next base. But maybe they thought those green sliders counted as aliens so idk.
The Sims brand can't bomb, it's like the only casual game remaining that anyone can pick up and play. The only way it'd bomb is if they had a disaster as large as SimCity's parameter: <string>.
The AwesomeMod has an awesome() easter egg, when you type "trogdorstrikesagain" in the cheat console the active lot catches fire & "discoinferno" does the same but to the whole world (community lots, objects, trees, everything)

The Sims 4 was going to be always online until the SimCity disaster.
Always online is messy. It'd be nice if you can turn it on and off and allow sims to come live with you like roomies (real life friends and people that you allow in your home). I think it could work really well as an EP. But to not be able to turn the feature off is where the mess comes in, especially when the servers are ****ed.

Back when they announced that they were doing away with the always online interactions, they said they were still going to integrate online features such as playing with friends. There hasn't been nary a mention of that since so I am assuming they cut it.
I hope The Sims 4 is easy to use because I never understood completely The Sims 3, I wanted to make another family and I never figured out how
And these Sims look prettier, the sims 3's ones
The Sims 2 is unreachable for me tho
TS3's playing style was so different from TS2, I also had troubles understanding it in the beginning. Basically you had to switch households, but that meant your other household would age while you played with the new one... No me gusta.
Why would you want to be able to choose the color/pattern/texture of your sim's clothing when you can choose between 7 distinctive and THRILLING walking styles?!

Kind of shocking how TSO flopped.
!!! how did it flop
I would've played that everyday
why is this the art pop era??? sorry I'm late, i haven't been keeping up with news on the game... is it really going downhill ??
it's because I said The Sims 4 ha ARTPOP era. Now they've all realized I was speaking the truth.
And yes, it's really going downhill. First it looked like a cartoon sized mess made for a dated Android device. Now it's got the worst of both sims 2 and 3 all in the same pit.

Now that I think about it, I was totally overwhelmed by the sheer size of Sunset Valley. I mean, who really needs ninety-something lots?! I'm happy Willow Creek will be about a fourth as big and that I'll only have access to a fifth of the world at any given time. It's less daunting and will allow me to devote more of time managing my household of deranged, manic depressive, sims. So ****ing excited about angry workouts and sad gardening!
