Not knowing a guy's last name has (almost) never stopped me from finding a guy's Facebook before.
Do you have that new Facebook search thing? Type in something like "Men named
x who work at
y" You can add other things if you know more about him, like what stuff he likes on Facebook or his age or whatever, if those other things don't work. That's how I found my sexy co-worker Brian on Facebook, who looks like a more buff version of Bennett from Orange Is The New Black.
