Album sales have drastically fallen. As such, it wouldn't be accurate or fair to count sales and rank the artists based on that. Instead, this countdown will look at Oricon's Year-End Album Chart for each year (1980-2013), and assign points to the artists based on that.
You know. I was thinking about the methodology. This will definitely benefit the release-*****s that have pushed quantity over quality. Very interesting
