There's like 3 different parts of Tumblr
The part you're talking about
The anime/yaoi part (my favorite
)
And the small/normal part.
Most people are annoying as hell with their blogs and try to be emo and **** and it bothers me. These people are with the pseudo artists and I never visit that part of Tumblr.
My favorite is the anime part for obvious reasons
and then we have people that are normal on Tumblr, like Miles. He's in the last part (which is the smallest part but is the most important because that's what Tumblr is supposed to be like)
I was listening to Lorde at 3 AM and I felt like I was going to float right up out of my bed 
I can't say that I love the site or anything, but I have a lot of friends there that I could never abandon.
