The **** is this. It is 2014 and they had no loading screens in 2010. Unacceptable.

Please. I mean, 5 different areas of a neighborhood with 5 lots per area? That's a bit ridiculous. I know they said that public lots aren't really considered lots, but it still seems stupid.

Loading screens everywhere now, in between town areas and even in between "active" lots. If the loading screens are as long as the TS2 ones, I'm out. I don't understand why anyone would be excited for that.

And the work idea... I'd just prefer regular rabbit holes.

But it also seems like they're getting rid of other rabbit holes (I mean, they won't go too far into detail about it, so I'm hoping that's what they're hinting at), so that's a bit exciting.

But overall, recently, the more news they put out, the more disappointed I'm getting.

I don't mind loading screens tbh, as long as it means the places will be busy. It was tragic when going to clubs in Sims 3 and there were legit 4 other sims in there, at least now it'll be more like Sims 2/1 when visiting community lots.

But I feel like anytime EA announces change all Sims fans get mad. LIKE EVERYTHING CANNOT STAY THE SAME. Y'all always ready to throw a fit:

Looking back a big ass World is probably what made Sims 3 have sooo many problems and require patches and it having all those lags. This could be a step in the right direction…

Okay that's cute and stuff but how the **** am I supposed to make Wisteria Lane with only 5 lots?! If a bitch can't walk down a normal suburban street without going through two loading screens, then that's an issue!

I'm all for change, but step in the correct direction. Bless.

Maybe. But now it just comes off as they're sacrificing things so that it'll work smoothly on a lower-end computer, and that's what feels annoying about it.

I won't be bothered w/ the load screens as long as they're under a minute long, and according to some german magazine they're working very hard on making the load screens as short as possible.

I mean, if they're as long as the ones from TS2 (which is why I could never get into the game ), I'ma have to save my coins for something else instead of TS4.
