For the past... well, ever, since Shots On The Hood Of My Car first leaked, I was thinking that THIS
Version was the best one that we had.
Then today I went over to a friends place and they were playing internet radio and all of these popular singles from the last few years were playing and then OUT OF NOWHERE Shots On The Hood Of My Car comes on (I new it as soon as the first few notes played, only a true stan) and I was freaking out because they were playing this random unreleased Kesha track out of the blue, but I noticed it was a lot slower and more actual pitch (I always thought the version I had was a bit fast / pitched but never really thought much of it).
Anyway so I've just done some digging and finally found the real HQ version that's the right speed and not pitched, and OMG it slays even more. Let me get my LIFE. I'm just SO PISSED I didn't know it existed for so long. It's legit album-quality.
Still so random that they'd play it on internet radio with other singles, tho...
Wait, the right demo was the slower one? That was the first one I found when it leaked but I thought the faster one was the real deal
I don't know. The Wikia has the longer version as the demo and the shorter as the final, but the shorter version is obviously just sped up and pitched. The slower version actually sounds like a more official track (to me, at least) and sounds like Kesha singing in her more natural voice rather than it being pitched. I like it so much more.
There is no final version of Shots like most of these alternate versions of K$ demos are fanmade
Of course there's a final. It's not like they're going back to it. (I know that may not be the technical definition of a final recording, but what we have is literally the final version that will be). I don't have fan-made demos. Well, maybe a couple.
Regardless, I'm just pressed that I've been using what I consider to be a slightly sped up slightly pitched version of one of Kesha's best demos for all of this time. This version that I've got now is so much nicer to listen to and makes it even more enjoyable.

Most of my demos are HQ anyway, some of them are probably from original leaks, I don't even know tbh. Most of them I got when I wasn't really sure how to tell the difference between good quality or not (I've obviously learned the difference now). But yeah, I don't have any low quality demos that I know of, unless that's all that's leaked.

Yes. I guess I loved it more cause it was newer.
But now that they're all old, I get a clearer view of it know. The only thing I haven't decided yet is if Cannibal is better than Animal or not
Animal is obviously better because it's longer and it doesn't have a song that's as much of a filler than Crazy Beautiful Life is
The only song on Cannibal that is draggable is CUNxT. The rest are all amazing
Animal is longer but Cannibal is full of quality songs minus the one stated above
