Dumb question, will people be allowed to say, for example, "Here is Lady Gaga's new single Sexxx Dreams" on radio or will they have to censor it too ? Like "Here's Lady Gaga's new single X Dreams" or something ?

Sex isn't a bad word, Gaga would probably be even able to have it once or twice maybe. Bruno Mars was allowed have "meet a really nice girl, have some really nice sex" in his Lazy song. But Gagz went for the jugular with the usage in ha chorus
