1) You did not direct the scenes in the gif nor were you involved in any of its artistic creation. This is not your original work. Therefore you cannot claim ownership/copyright.
2) You used material that is owned by a third party. Do you have permission to use this copyrighted material? If not, you are infringing someone's copyrights...
3) Using a gif you find on the internet as your avi is not reportable on ATRL. In this case, I can say I found a gif on a website called atrl.net/forums/showthread... and decided to use it as my avi.
