I think you're forgetting that the songs on this album were recorded in one go with no demos

But Ultraviolence slayed me and then Shades of Cool started playing. this album is going to be amazing. I love the psychedelic, shoegaze feel of the songs so far.

It'd make sense as the iTunes preview for the album had Shades Of Cool, Ultraviolence, and Brooklyn Baby... Two of which have been released.

The songs were all done with other producers then Dan and his band produced the finals. He said in some cases he barely had to change the songs at all

the album is officially released in Australia in 1 week. so you'll get the full album not just Brooklyn Baby
