Er. Healthy weight ranges are hardly dependent on gender. It's more dependent on height than anything, and Luz is like 8 and hasn't hit his growth spurt so he's probably overweight, actually.
I too hate fat shaming. Like, let other people do what they want with their bodies. Weight can be really difficult to manage and a lot of it comes down to genetics.

I know i've been told i'm very underweight but I swear I can't seem to. When I have like cheat days I eat a whole pizza and it doesn't do anything. I stopped working out for the holidays and i'm still the same weight. I guess it's just my metabolism.

I gain and lose weight very quickly. I can gain or lose 5 pounds in a weekend. One time I lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks for fun/ to check if my cheekbones/ jaw would get more pronounced. ( it didn't. ) I gained it back though so I could be at a healthy range again.
