Teen Titans Go is a trash, cheap shot at milking the Adventure Time/Regular Show antic-esque style of cartoon humor that isn't even funny, and it shamefully disrespects the already-formed canon to the original series
they blatantly disregard the struggles the characters have previously undergone in favor of trivializing and painting up idealized looks to the varied personality traits each member was meant to represent for a reason. they gloss over their personal internal struggles to make it seem like cutsie **** and each episode is just systematically abysmal and insulting, for the sake of having something as dumbed down to compete with their other more ridiculous shows.
and the main problem is that this format they're going with for their shows doesn't work for every show. it works for Adventure Time because that's just the kind of world they live in. that's not the kind of world the Teen Titans live in, and the show comes off as just a bad joke more than a cute and fun cartoon. the show makes me so mad just sakdjfhslkdjfhlksdj
