So, firstly, my fave, Ke$ha, would have 2 outfits. One would be her outfit from the TiK ToK video:



And her "alternate" outfit would be from Take It Off:



She would be mainly glitter based, having a glitter teleport where she throws glitter up in the air and disappears, a glitter projectile that leaves the foe blinded and vulnerable, and one where the opponent gets lifted up by flowing glitter from the ground, similar to Fujin's wind levitate/Kitana's fan lift.

She'd also have an attack where she spits flammable Jack that has a similar effect to Scorpion's hell fire.

Her first fatality would be where she gets onto the ground and starts singing the bridge from Cannibal:



and demons start coming up from the ground to devour the opponent's skin. Ke$ha would then take the heart from the opponent and [removed for graphic content].

The, her second fatality would be where she takes a bottle of Jack and forces it down her opponents throat, where she'd be chanting "drink! drink! drink!" until the opponent explodes into a bunch of blood, Jack, and glitter, which she would obviously be covered in.
