Cambodia is 138 out of 186 in the Human Development Index, developing is just an euphemism for underdeveloped, only some of the so-called developing countries are truly developing. Anyway, you are right about the ancient cultures and finding out about other cultures. But its turbulent past still haunts Cambodia sometimes.
