Yes, it is about Seb. She's following everyone she's ever worked with basically. She's even following Linda Perry, her mother and brother's accounts (mom has 9 tweets, brother hasn't tweeted since 2012) not to mention a crapton of useless people and crap fan pages.

So she obviously would have to go out of her way to unfollow someone, since many of the people she follows are useless to her.
