It would absolutely not have gone #1 if Gaga released it. First of all, it doesn't fit her, and second of all, I don't think any song of her's could go #1.
You guys are all hating on its quality although it did receive two Grammy nominations.
And for Beyonce, she can't even get a #1 with her own songs that are supposedly high quality so it's not because of the quality, it's because of the artist.
Katy, Rih and Taylor are really the only ones that hit #1 with their lead singles now.
