I think it's just that they happen to get noticed a little more slowly, that's all. Pure coincidence. I agree ATRLers need to learn a thing or two about their views, especially regarding that particular topic.
What is permabanned? Once you are permabanned, can you still get access into atrl?
Only offline, assuming you're not also a big enough troll to be IP banned. Or, if you request the permanent ban, you can request that it be removed, via Twitter.

Banned for an indefinite amount of type/permanently. You can't view or participate in threads logged-in, but if you log-out you can view the site as a guest.
