Beyoncé clearly has the US on lock, no questions asked. She's arguably the queen of Black culture too, and has countless references in media and film as some sort of Queen. She also has the more dedicated base. I feel Rihanna, though she has a dedicated base, has a more of a substantial, casual fan base the same way Katy has a huge casual fan base. They're appealing and easily digestable, but they aren't idolized the way Bey is
