I don't think the lyric video will appear when the countdown ends. I think they'll make some countries wait and release it with the UK countdown.

yeah so we probably have to wait until 9 AM in central Europe for the UK countdown to end, they should have set the countdown on the actual hours instead on the time of the computer/timezone
