I posted this in another thread but i thought it was important for me the share it here because I don't often get to truthfully and honestly share my thoughts with the recent incidents that have occurred:
Yes completely, there are two types of ways people view Kesha in Australia. Either they love her trashiness and her music is a guilty pleasure that everyone can jam to or that she is a disgusting ***** that people hate. If she plays her cards right and releases a much more meaningful unique song however still making fun and catchy she will be able to be taken more seriously as an artist whilst still having people love her music for what it is - being feel good songs that you can belt to with friends and at parties.
That being said I really don't think her next album will be anything like A+C/Warrior, I mean a lot more people are aware now that she is capable of more than that and I think a lot of people (even outside the internet) would be disappointed to hear something along those lines - at least when it comes to her singles. The only issue that stands in her way in her problems with Luke and her label. It sounds as though that they are working through everything though and will come to an agreement hopefully in the near future; whether Luke is on her next album or not I think that he will take into account that the GP does indeed want more from her as artist and work with that. I wouldn't mind some Luke bops on the next record because there is no denying they work well together, however hopefully she moves to RCA or he just doesn't have as much control over the tracklist, promotion and single choices. Kesha is a much stronger person/artist since finishing rehab and you can see her thirst for showing the world more sides to her, which will hopefully come out further through Rising Stars and interviews and performances for her next album.
In the mean time I really hope she is able to keep her name out there by appearing on collabs and such (a song with Calvin would slay the world) because I do personally believe a lot more people are ready to give her a chance and will accept her with open arms if she truly re-invents herself with album three.
Kesha is coming. She's coming full force. The promo for her lead better be ON POINT, and it better not have any relation to some kind of freak accident.
I swear, even Kesha's worst songs are enjoyable. I may have expressed some hate over Die Young and Crazy Kids, but I still enjoy those songs and don't really hate them. And then there's messes such as C.U.N.T., Dinosaur, Boots and Boys, and VIP that I still happen to enjoy. I actually love every Kesha song, even though some of them aren't that good. I don't know what I was thinking when I expressed hate over songs I love

I express hate over those songs but I mostly feel the same way. Even Dinosaur when I'm in the right mood slays.
"Dinosaur" isn't a mess or an "even sometimes I can enjoy it" type track. It's legitimately hilarious and fantastic. I honestly do NOT get the hate a lot of Animals give it. Like, why are you a Kesha stan if you don't like her personality, that's one of her most amazing things that sets her apart from the other pop girls. It's not even about partying, it's just fun.
