Well, in my opinon, Blackout is way way better then Hard Candy.
I love every track on Blackout while I dislike so many tracks on Hard Candy...Rushed or not Blackout is a great album and I'll dare and say that it's better than Hard Candy...But than again, that's only my opinion.

JONAS' WHALE OF A DEBUT: You'll have to wait, ahem, A Little Bit Longer to find out for sure, but the Jonas Brothers' new Hollywood album of the same name is right now on target for around 650k in first-week sales, give or take a weekend surge, and obviously a lock for #1. That's slightly less than previous projections, but still easily the third largest debut of the year, behind only Lil' Wayne and Coldplay. (8/15p)

Well that doesn't exactly make HC's sales any better if albums released a year(s) before are outselling it, does it?
