If Bey is really pregnant, that would explain why she barely moved. At some point Jay was pushing Solange away to keep her from coming to the side where Bey was standing. Somehow i believe Jay was not in the wrong here, i think Solange has a temper and overreacted. The way Jay was standing there, he seemed just as confused as Beyonce and Julius.
