My phone is being a mess. The "other" data stored in it is like 7GB's large, and that usually means that there are corrupted files on it. So I did like 3 factory resets and back up restores and it keeps happening

Its nothing, its just a bunch of corrupted and trash files

I need to just factory reset my phone and not use the back up

If it's an iPhone don't you have a back up on Cloud you can use? Maybe you could back up the non-corrupted files before you reset? Idk how it works.
