England can't cope with snow literally the tiniest bit of snow will fall and everyone goes into panics and everything shuts down, I remember being stranded at my friends house for like a month because all trains closed down once.
We had a foot and a half of snow AND a snow storm and schools stayed open. The entire population was pissed
fff i'd be pissed too, I remember we had 4 feet of snow, the trains were cancelled, yet my university stayed open..... I travelled all the way into campus (ok I lived 2 blocks away but still ) and when I got there my lecturer hadn't turned up because of the snow so I had to go straight home.
I don't get why they aren't better prepared for snow like buy some plows and ****.
