According to an inside source, Kelly's still feeling as sick and exhausted now as she was in her first and second trimesters, when she was throwing up and nauseous all the time. It's even worse now that she has gained more weight than expected. So unlike other celebrities who parade their baby bumps on the red carpet and aren't afraid to face the world, Kelly is keeping herself indoors.
“Kelly knew she would gain weight, but the amount she’s packed on is far more. She won’t leave her house unless she absolutely has to, because she’s embarrassed," said the source, who added that she has her husband Brandon Blackstock run all of their errands and won't even go out to buy maternity clothes, buying them online instead.
The source also said that Kelly "is beside herself" and just can't wait for the pregnancy to be over. Indeed, while she has tweeted about her pregnancy, she has refrained from posting any photos of herself on her Twitter account. She was spotted out for the first time in four months over Easter weekend, enjoying a weekend of shopping, eating and boating with her family and friends.
Kelly has spoken out about her less-than-perfect pregnancy before, telling the "Today" show in November that she has morning sickness all day and night. The following month, she went on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and said that what people often say about pregnant women looking beautiful is "total crap." She was so ill she even had to cancel her overseas promo tour for her Christmas album. Then in January, she tweeted her jealousy of how Ciara was looking with her pregnancy.
Kelly Clarkson married Brandon Blackstock, whose stepmom is country legend Reba Mcentire, last October at Blackberry Farms in Tennessee. Just a month later, she announced her pregnancy and in January confirmed that she'll be having a girl.

I don't know, I don't find it very reliable, I know that Kelly's now all hormones but still I doubt that she is so ashamed of herself because of weight gain caused by pregnancy because you can see that almost every pregnant woman gains a lot of weight too, while she was absolutely okay to perform every 2 or 3 three days in 2009 and 2010 and we all know how she looked back then. We all knew that she would gain some weight because she's pregnant and she can gain and lose weight easily. She's small, that's why the bump and all the gained weigth are so noticeable.

Hello. How can Kelly be still really sick right now and get to record a song? Didn't we saw a tweet about that song being recorded? Those are all lies ugh. Thankfully Kelly doesn't care about them lies.

Well, she recorded In The Basement around Christmas, so during the worst period of her morning sickness.
I just think that the "source" of the article is some paparazzi who's unable to get a current photo of Kelly because she's too good in camouflage, so he tries to justify why he can't get one.

Well it makes sense since we have seen so little pictures of her for the past 6 months. Pregnancy does **** to people. For all we know, Kelly could become a entire different person after her pregnancy. Also Kelly may have said million times over that the weight things doesn't bother her... But come on, let's be honest now. Everyone cares about how they look.
This is sad though.
ETA: Kelly is newly married and pregnant. Of course the papparazzi will be all over her. Especially since the rumors about her husband cheating. Hollywood just lives for failed marriages. ****ing ****ed up world we live in.

Not because she said a million times that she doesn't care, means that she doesn't care. She went to the gym when she started her relationship with Brandon because she wanted to look good. Don't you have to care to go to the gym? You can see it in her entire body language that she is much more confident thinner. And her entire "I'm jealous of Ciara" and the "She's 5 months pregnant and skinny, God I hate her" comment on Ellen shows to me she does care, or else she wouldn't mention it. Yes she was joking about the second comment but she would never have mentioned it if it somewhere didn't bother her.
She may not care AS much as other people, but she does care.

For example I don't do sport because I "care" but because I like it. Being healthy thanks to it is a bonus for me. I admit that I can't imagine enjoying being in a room with another 50 sweating people but there are such people who apparently like it. And I can be jealous of my classmate who's tall and really beautiful but that doesn't mean that I'll have a plastic surgery done or the thing with your legs to become taller.
Plus I doubt that she would put the word "fat" among the other things said about her on the screens during MKIA performances and in the music video of it, if it bothers her so much.

The wall is a form of self therapy and art. I wouldn't use that as a example. Kelly is a secure woman, but my point in this whole discussion is that every secure person has insecure moments. So we shouldn't be so quick to assume that Kelly wouldn't be ashamed of her body. First we don't know her personally and second people change when they are in a other environment or situation.
The only thing I can agree on is that Kelly doesn't care enough to think about her weight/image when it comes to her job, but she does when it comes to Brandon. She said so herself in a interview.
But my point remains: Kelly does care how she looks even if she acts like she doesnt.

OK Magazine is never right. The article is all lies. Kelly has always been good with avoiding the paparazzi and blending in with the crowd. I'm sure she isn't happy with her body right now which is why she isn't tweeting pics but she definitely isn't hiding out in her house either.

And after the Duets era, she gained more weight, probably because Brandon genuinely doesn't care, and that relieved the pressure on her. The reason I believe this entire article to be absolute ********, is that Kelly is comfortable with extra pounds in general. So, I find it absolutely absurd to believe that she is locking herself in her house to avoid being seen for being a little heavier while being pregnant. It literally makes no sense.

I mean judging from several of the appearances during the AIEW era, I really don't think Kelly cares that much about how she looks. Besides, every time she is off of work, we like never see pics of her.....there's no paparazzi in Nashville and she knows how to go under the radar very well.
Of course, judging from her tweets about being a "hot swollen mess" and "no pics", I'm sure she might feel a little self conscious about it and not really care to be out and about all the time, that's completely natural. But I highly doubt she has locked herself up due to being so "beside herself" (as that article put it) over it. We've heard of several different recent sightings of her.
