I mean I could be wrong, but it really looks like it, especially with the really white walls, the casual look of it, and all those guitars hanging on the walls.
Benny Blanco is essentially to Kesha what Max Martin is to Katy Perry with Dr. Luke and Cirkut. Benny worked with Dr. Luke and Cirkut on most of the songs on Warrior, and worked with Luke a lot on Animal. His only non-Luke production credit with Kesha is on, as Jae said, Blah Blah Blah. Recently he's been doing a lot of work with StarGate and Sia though, so who knows what's going on if it's actually Benny's studio.
And I knew it was out, I just haven't bothered listening to it yet. 
I need to make time for it, because "Stupid Little Things" slays.
