Why is it predictable? People know who they want to vote for. If someone wanted another artist nominated all they had to do was vote. Instead the ones who don't vote are the ones who are b!tching about the nominations. How silly is that? She should win every category in my opinion. She has been robbed for too long.
MTV isn't about videos anymore anyway. So when I hear people b!tching about these nominated artist video's suck well then that makes a lot of sense lol.

I wonder who will choose the winners. If MTV choose the winners Britney will lose again, but if the fans are choosing the winners she could finally win a VMA after been robbed with Toxic and I'm A Slave 4U.

Well, there's always the chance they decide to pull an Oscar move and give her Female Video or Pop Video (and I'd be miserable but that's without saying) not for her having the best video but as a make-up award for her not winning with better videos that would have earned a VMA.
Of course, it's MTV so I doubt this, but there's always hope!

honestly this year nominnes are gettin' really awful
specially on best pop I mean can't belive that Panic At The Disco and Tokio Hotel got nominated for Best Pop!
1st they are POP? No.
I don't know why mtv mix Pop/Rock, R&B and Hip-Hop videos on the pre-nominees for best POP video

and where's madonna she's the queen of POP right?
why she isn't gettin any nods 
I just hope tha MTV choose the winners because if fans make it it's gonna be the biggest disaster ever, worst than the awful vma 2006 winner (at least that year the nominees were great)

were did you get it, do you have votes for all the videos?
also I'm seeing that the nominees are gettin' so unreal
on Best Dance for example i'm shure that Britney and Rihanna are going to get nominated (myabe) but they're actually NOT dancing on the videos both are just dance tracks like the AWESOME "Don't Stop The Music"! but she's not even making a dance moves, so Avril Lavigne could have all chances of gettin nominated with "Girlfriend (Remix)" she's not really dancing on the video but the song is a dance up-beat track and even more the remix one! so....
VOTE for it! she should stay on the final nominees.
